Booking and Cancellation Policy (Reiki Classes Only)

A 50% deposit is required to book a space in any class.  If paying the deposit, payment must be received at least seven (7) days before the date of the class.  The remainder will be due at least two (2) days before the class date. 

Payment for the full registration amount will be accepted up to two (2) days before the class. 

Final payment will no longer be accepted at the door.

If the student needs to cancel, there are two options...

1)  The class may be rescheduled to a better time with no penalty.

2)  If the class is not rescheduled, the student may request a refund of their deposit less a $25 cancellation fee provided cancellation notice is received at least five (5) days before the class date.  If the cancellation notice is received less than five (5) days before the class date, the deposit is forfeit.

Purchase may be made (full purchase, deposit, remainder of class fee) by registering online under the Schedule of Classes section (select the Register Now button),

or by sending a check to the Caring Palms Studio,

or by calling the Caring Palms studio and giving credit card information over the phone.
