On October 2, 2004, I started handing out forms that would allow the students to give me feedback on how they thought the class went. Each is asked to answer six questions rating it with a number between one and ten (ten being a high score, one being a low score). The scores have been added and averaged to give me an overall rating in each category. To be fair, the numbers have been rounded up to one decimal point. This shows that all the scores are not perfect. (If the numbers were rounded to zero decimal places, then they would all show up as 10s.) In truth, doing it this way, a single score of 9, will make an average of 10 impossible. The scores are broken down by class type, and shows the number of students responding.
(This section is here to help prospective students that are looking for an instructor. If the scores were low, I would not be teaching. - Brian)
