I just had a class yesterday that helps prepare for taking the national boards. In it, I found out that the sets of test questions I have been using to help study have wrong answers. Now I am trying to cram as much in as I can.

The national boards is an attempt to create a national license. If I pass the national test, I get a Florida license. It has yet to be a national license, but it should make it easier for people going from state to state, at least in those that recognize the test.

The class was taught by Patrick Barron, an MD. As art of the class, we bought his book, which is a very good guide of what one needs to know in a nutshell. It also has all the Chinese medicine information that I have not been able to find anywhere else.

Today I am cramming as much as I can, though I am feeling quite brain dead already. By going through Patrick’s book, I found that I have memorized several wrong answers because I believed the answers to the other test questions. I have not had enough time to check everything back to the text books. And the questions are based on many text books, so I may not have the answers in the texts anyway.

Right now, the plan is to study as much as I can today, then do a small bit tomorrow. The rest of the day, I am supposed to go somewhere and have fun. I have been so ordered. Counting down... 48 hours to test time.
