Tonight was my last in a series of healing sessions with Sherry as part of my healing routine. I have been getting better at being able to lay still long enough to complete the session.

Learning to allow myself to be open enough so that the energies pass through without my noticing is still something I need to acquire. This will be an ongoing battle for a while. I have no delusions about what it will take, or how long. The key is that in the end, I will win.

One of the things I have learned is that one needs to visualize themselves as whole and healthy. By setting the goal of believing themselves healed, they eventually will be. This is true for everyone. If you think of yourself as a person with a problem, then you would start defining yourself by your problem. I'm not saying to live in denial of the problem, but to define yourself as a whole person, and 'by way, I have a problem'. Next is to visualize yourself as completely healed. I'm not saying that it is an easy thing to do. But it is something we all need to do to move on. We heal ourselves. No one else does it. We do it.

Ok, come on. We are all healed. We are whole. We will remain this way forever. We can do it!
